Pearses Beach

Beautiful little pocket of sand great for swimming. You can walk north from the headland here to Bridgewater Bay which has a beautiful natural rockpool to swim in.

Gunnamatta Beach

Gorgeous isolated beach with consistent pumping waves. It is not for beginners but draws a lot of experienced surfers year round. Nice beach for a walk and a great spot for surf casting. Plenty of overnight parking.

Bushrangers Bay

Short walk from the Lighthouse carpark to this beautiful, isolated, sandy beach. You can walk south to Angel Cave which is a beautiful place for photos.

Mushroom Reef

Rough reef break. There is a marine sanctuary here so the snorkelling is pretty good. Nice rock pools to relax in.

Point Leo

Gorgeous point break and a nice beach. Slow breaking smaller waves popular with longboarders and SUP surfers. Nice place for a BBQ & plenty of overnight parking. Quiet outside the height of summer when it is packed. There is a campsite nearby at Point Leo reserve. $30 per night book online (pointleo.com/book-online).
