Gorgeous beach with a long, slow right hand wave perfect for longboards. Also has a beach break and calm water in the creek. Very popular with plenty of parking and BBQs.
This 2 hour walk takes you around the headland at Hat Head. Beautiful views all along the track.
Shady accessible campsite right on the beach. A short walk from here is the Smoky Cape Lighthouse, a good whalewatching spot.
